Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition the day you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
