We also have an additional warehouse in Durban, South Africa. Access to these two key locations allows us to ship orders quickly and efficiently all over the world.
Our raw materials are sourced from the best sustainable plantation grown and eco friendly producers. We make use of advanced automated machinery and techniques to enable us to create excellent quality products at the best prices. All our wood is computer density graded before production commences.

Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting specifications. Your items will undergo an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are shipped. The warehouses and centers for distribution are situated in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
The item cannot be used and in the original packaging. You must have the item in its original packaging.
