Our raw materials are sourced from the best sustainable plantation grown and eco friendly producers. We make use of advanced automated machinery and techniques to enable us to create excellent quality products at the best prices. All our wood is computer density graded before production commences.

Our warehouse personnel are expertly trained and will wrap your products according to our exact and precise specifications. Your goods will undergo an exhaustive examination before they will be securely packaged before being sent out. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers in many countries. This is a testament to our dedication to being the largest online retailer globally. Warehouses and distribution centers are found in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time in accordance with the item.
Before shipping the items, our staff will carry out an exhaustive inspection of the products you ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not control it completely because several stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in the original packaging.
