Our raw materials are sourced from the best sustainable plantation grown and eco friendly producers. We make use of advanced automated machinery and techniques to enable us to create excellent quality products at the best prices. All our wood is computer density graded before production commences.

Our warehouse staff are extremely skilled and will package your products according to our precise and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Both Europe as well as the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.

Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since the purchase.
